We found James through personal recommendation. We were relocating from the UK to Singapore and were looking for a home/condo to rent. James has been nothing short of amazing. He spent two weeks visiting homes with us prior to our actual relocation. He is extremely client focused, quick with feedback and approachable at any time of the day/night or weekend. James had excellent local insight into the places he showed us and was able to advise on the layout of the units, build quality, any upcoming works in the neighbourhood and what a fair rent should be. He managed to get our tenancy agreed in a highly competitive market and at the same time we really felt that he had our interests at heart. James handled the entire process until signing of the tenancy agreement. Even after the tenancy started, James helped us with various things relating to our move and we trusted him completely – he is a true relationship person, honest and a pleasure to work with.
