I met James shortly before Christmas 2025, after having sold my previous unit and after having looked at many ppty for rent in the CCR. I met quite a few agents, and although some were nice enough, none were able to find me what I wanted nor provided me with the level of service I required. I'm older (a bit, lol) and am more established, so I was fairly demanding and high standards (some would say unreasonably high)!! James showed me Reignwood and I fell in love straightaway, though the first unit i saw needed a fair bit of work. I bombarded James with many many Qs, came to view accompanied by friends, family, and tradesmen. I even bothered James during his overseas trip and the very day he flew back to SG. Not 1 single complaint!! I was thoroughly impressed by James's professionalism, patience, and courtesy. Turned out the first unit at Reignwood was not exactly what I wanted. Fast forward a few months and I couldn't get Reignwood out of my mind. I contacted James again, and even the ultimate professional that Jsmes is, he told me the previous unit had been taken up, but the one right below it was available, and would I like to view it? Would I?? Of course!!! I walked in and immediately KNEW this was HOME!! I said yes there and then, and even though I had to wait for 1 month (and stayed at a hotel) as the previous tenant wasn't ready to move out, I was more than willing to wait for my BEAUTIFUL HOME!! I'm now on my 5th day here, and I could not be happier!! I still have to pinch myself every day to make sure I wasn't dreaming!! This HOME surpasses all my expectations, MCST, concierge, cleaning staff, porter...everyone has been and is incredibly helpful. James, the ultimate professional, has seen me cry and laugh many, many times, and he remains always helpful, suuuper professional. ..throughout the viewing process, the check-in process, and even after I moved in. I would love to buy this unit in a few years, with James of course!! I'd HIGHLY recommend James to anyone looking to rent or to buy. I promise you, no other agent in SG even comes close.
